1. Plans
ProFind currently offers Free, Standard and Pro business plans. Standard is R115 per month and Pro is R575 per month unless a different price is clearly displayed and accepted before purchase.
2. Recurring billing
Standard and Pro renew automatically each month using the authorised payment method until cancelled. The amount and plan are shown before the first paid subscription is confirmed.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription before the next renewal. Cancellation prevents future renewals. Paid features ordinarily remain active until the end of the billing period already paid for.
4. Refunds
Cancellation does not ordinarily create a pro-rata refund for the current billing period. Duplicate charges, billing errors and other eligible cases are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
5. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, ProFind may notify the business and allow a reasonable opportunity to update payment details. If payment remains unresolved, paid features may be paused or the profile may be moved to the Free plan.
